Startingpoint  supports the children in our school to show their skills and talents. It has become an integral part of delivering careers, advice & guidance and has inspired and encouraged the children when they see quite how much skills and experience they actually have.

We linked up with local schools through Startingpoint to offer work experience. We found the right candidate who showed us through the app that they had the ideal skill set for the recruitment industry. They are now lined up to join us through our apprenticeship program.
