Gall cyflogwyr hefyd ddeall gofynion cymorth penodol yn well ymlaen llaw, gan hwyluso trefniadau ymuno a llety mwy llyfn.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>c) Hwyluso Cyfarwyddyd Gyrfa a Phenderfynu<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pan fydd gan fyfyrwyr, eu teuluoedd, a staff cymorth fynediad at gofnod clir, trefnus o gyflawniadau a sgiliau myfyriwr, gall lywio gwell arweiniad gyrfa.
