Gweithio gyda <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/heta.co.uk\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HETA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Mae Man Cychwyn wedi ymgorffori\u2019r esblygiad hwn o\u2019r Cofnod o Gyflawniad ar eu platfform gan roi ffordd hawdd i fyfyrwyr, ysgolion, darparwyr prentisiaethau a chyflogwyr gofnodi, arddangos a chael mynediad at setiau sgiliau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Beth yw&#039;r Pasbort Sgiliau Cyflogadwyedd?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae&#039;r Pasbort Sgiliau Cyflogadwyedd yn ffordd strwythuredig i bobl ifanc ddogfennu eu twf a&#039;u cyflawniadau yn ogystal \u00e2 thynnu sylw at eu sgiliau cyflogadwyedd. Drwy fyfyrio ar a chofnodi <a href=\"https:\/\/mystartingpoint.co.uk\/cy\/beth-yw-sgiliau-cyflogadwyedd-a-sut-y-gallant-roi-hwb-ich-cyfleoedd-gyrfa\/\">sgiliau cyflogadwyedd<\/a> wedi\u2019u hennill drwy\u2019r ysgol, gweithgareddau allgyrsiol, gwirfoddoli a phrofiad gwaith, gall pobl ifanc adeiladu portffolio sy\u2019n arddangos eu cryfderau a\u2019u parodrwydd ar gyfer y gweithle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae pob Awdurdod Lleol wedi cael dewis naill ai i ddefnyddio\u2019r Pasbort Sgiliau Cyflogadwyedd craidd neu ganiat\u00e1u i randdeiliaid ychwanegu sgiliau a gofynion pellach. Mae man cychwyn yn gweithio gyda&#039;r <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/heta.co.uk\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cymdeithas Hyfforddiant Peirianneg Glannau Humber<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (HETA) ac wedi adeiladu\u2019r llwyfan i adlewyrchu\u2019r 7 sgil craidd y mae HETA yn eu hystyried fel y pwysicaf allan o 10 posibl.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae&#039;r pasbort yn annog myfyrwyr i fyfyrio ar <\/span><b>7 sgil craidd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pob un \u00e2 nifer o is-sgiliau, y mae cyflogwyr yn eu gwerthfawrogi.
