Nod y strategaeth hon yw mynd i&#039;r afael \u00e2 heriau hirsefydlog ac ail-lunio cyfleoedd addysgol i bobl ifanc ledled y wlad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Gwella Addysg Uwchradd<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae cynigion Llafur ar gyfer addysg uwchradd yn amrywiol, gan dargedu materion hollbwysig megis prinder athrawon ac effeithiolrwydd cwricwlwm. Elfen allweddol o\u2019u cynllun yw recriwtio 6,500 o athrawon ychwanegol, yn enwedig mewn pynciau sy\u2019n wynebu anawsterau recriwtio. Cynlluniwyd y fenter hon i leddfu&#039;r pwysau ar staff presennol a dyrchafu ansawdd yr addysg, a thrwy hynny wella safonau cyffredinol ysgolion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae Llafur hefyd yn bwriadu ailwampio\u2019r cwricwlwm a\u2019r dulliau asesu er mwyn blaenoriaethu sgiliau hanfodol mewn llythrennedd a rhifedd. Mae&#039;r dull hwn yn adlewyrchu ymrwymiad i arfogi myfyrwyr \u00e2 chymwyseddau sylfaenol yn gynnar yn eu haddysg, gan sicrhau eu bod yn adeiladu sylfaen gadarn ar gyfer dysgu yn y dyfodol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gan gydnabod arwyddoc\u00e2d iechyd meddwl mewn addysg, mae Llafur yn bwriadu cyflwyno cymorth arbenigol o fewn ysgolion. Bydd y fenter hon yn darparu ymyrraeth a chefnogaeth amserol i fyfyrwyr, gan fynd i&#039;r afael ag agwedd hanfodol ar eu lles cyffredinol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yn ogystal, nod Llafur yw diwygio&#039;r system gymwysterau i sicrhau ei bod yn gynhwysol ac yn berthnasol. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys arolygiadau ysgolion cyfun i asesu perfformiad yn fwy cywir a chynnal atebolrwydd ar draws pob sefydliad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Adfywio Prentisiaethau ac Addysg Bellach<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gan gydnabod y gostyngiad yn niferoedd prentisiaethau, mae Llafur wedi cynnig diwygiadau sylweddol i wrthdroi\u2019r duedd hon. Yn ganolog i\u2019r diwygiadau hyn mae trawsnewid yr Ardoll Prentisiaethau yn Ardoll Twf a Sgiliau fwy hyblyg, sydd wedi\u2019i dylunio i alinio hyfforddiant yn agosach ag anghenion y farchnad, gan wella cyflogadwyedd prentisiaid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un o gonglfeini strategaeth Llafur yw sefydlu Skills England, corff a fydd yn hwyluso cydgysylltu rhwng busnesau, darparwyr hyfforddiant, undebau, a gwahanol lefelau o lywodraeth. Drwy feithrin cydweithredu, bydd Skills England yn mynd i&#039;r afael \u00e2 bylchau sgiliau presennol ac yn sicrhau bod hyfforddiant galwedigaethol yn bodloni gofynion esblygol y farchnad lafur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae colegau Addysg Bellach hefyd ar fin cael eu trawsnewid yn sylweddol o dan gynllun Llafur. Bydd y sefydliadau hyn yn cael eu hailfrandio fel Colegau Rhagoriaeth Dechnegol, gan gynnig hyfforddiant arbenigol mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 busnesau lleol ac undebau llafur. Nod yr aliniad hwn ag econom\u00efau lleol yw rhoi sgiliau ymarferol i bobl ifanc sydd wedi&#039;u teilwra i ofynion diwydiant, a thrwy hynny hybu rhagolygon swyddi ac ysgogi twf economaidd rhanbarthol.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Goblygiadau i Fyfyrwyr Ysgol<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae gan y diwygiadau arfaethedig hyn oblygiadau sylweddol i fyfyrwyr ysgol yn Lloegr. Mae&#039;r ffocws ar sgiliau sylfaenol a chymorth iechyd meddwl o fewn addysg uwchradd yn addo ymagwedd fwy cyfannol at ddatblygiad myfyrwyr. Drwy gryfhau\u2019r cwricwlwm a chynyddu niferoedd athrawon, nod Llafur yw creu amgylchedd dysgu mwy cefnogol sy\u2019n meithrin cyflawniad academaidd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I oedolion ifanc, yn enwedig y rhai rhwng 18 a 21 oed, mae ymrwymiad Llafur i warantu hyfforddiant, prentisiaethau, neu gymorth cyflogaeth yn cynnig llwybr clir i ddatblygiad gyrfa. Mae&#039;r ailstrwythuro <a href=\"https:\/\/mystartingpoint.co.uk\/cy\/darparwyr-prentisiaethau\/\">prentisiaeth<\/a> Bwriad cyllid a chreu Sgiliau Lloegr yw sicrhau bod hyfforddiant galwedigaethol yn cyd-fynd yn agos ag anghenion y diwydiant, a thrwy hynny wella cyflogadwyedd a setiau sgiliau pobl ifanc sy&#039;n ymuno \u00e2&#039;r gweithlu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yn <a href=\"https:\/\/mystartingpoint.co.uk\/cy\/\">Man cychwyn<\/a> credwn fod strategaeth gynhwysfawr Llafur ar gyfer addysg a datblygu sgiliau yn Lloegr yn dangos dull rhagweithiol o fynd i&#039;r afael \u00e2 heriau cyfredol a pharatoi ar gyfer gofynion y dyfodol.
