Dyma gip manwl ar yr ystadegau allweddol a beth maen nhw&#039;n ei olygu i ddyfodol prentisiaethau yn y DU.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cynnydd mewn Cychwyn Prentisiaethau<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cododd nifer y prentisiaethau a ddechreuwyd rhwng Awst 2023 ac Ionawr 2024 i 200,550, sy\u2019n nodi cynnydd o 2.5% o gymharu \u00e2\u2019r flwyddyn flaenorol. Mae\u2019r twf hwn yn galonogol, gan amlygu\u2019r gydnabyddiaeth gynyddol o brentisiaethau fel llwybr gwerthfawr at gyflogaeth. Mae&#039;r gwelliant hwn yn dangos bod mwy o brentisiaid yn cwblhau eu rhaglenni&#039;n llwyddiannus ac yn ennill cymwysterau.
