Mae tirwedd addysgol y DU wedi gweld newidiadau a thueddiadau sylweddol. Mae dadansoddi&#039;r ystadegau hyn yn rhoi mewnwelediadau gwerthfawr i fyfyrwyr, addysgwyr, llunwyr polisi a rhanddeiliaid. Dyma gip manwl ar yr ystadegau addysgol allweddol o 2023 a&#039;r hyn y maent yn ei olygu ar gyfer y dyfodol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niferoedd Disgyblion yn Codi<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ym mlwyddyn academaidd 2022\/23, gwelodd ysgolion a gynhelir ledled y DU gynnydd yn nifer y disgyblion, gan gyrraedd dros 10 miliwn. Mae hyn yn cynrychioli twf o 0.7% o gymharu \u00e2&#039;r flwyddyn flaenorol, gan ychwanegu 65,653 o ddisgyblion. Fodd bynnag, roedd Cymru\u2019n wynebu gostyngiad bychan o 0.3%, y gellid ei briodoli i newidiadau demograffig neu batrymau mudo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tueddiadau Addysg Bellach<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gwelodd y sector addysg bellach (AB) adfywiad, gyda nifer y myfyrwyr yn cynyddu 4.8% yn 2021\/22, gan wrthdroi tuedd ar i lawr ers 2015\/16. Arweiniodd yr Alban yr adfywiad hwn gyda chynnydd o 21% mewn myfyrwyr AB dros y saith mlynedd diwethaf. Mae&#039;r twf hwn yn amlygu pwysigrwydd AB wrth ddarparu addysg alwedigaethol a thechnegol sy&#039;n diwallu anghenion y farchnad swyddi sy&#039;n datblygu. Fodd bynnag, mae rhanbarthau eraill wedi gweld gostyngiad yn y niferoedd sy&#039;n cofrestru ar gyfer AB, sy&#039;n awgrymu bod angen mentrau wedi&#039;u targedu i ddenu myfyrwyr i raglenni AB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trosolwg Addysg Uwch<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae addysg uwch (AU) yn parhau i fod yn sector cryf gyda bron i 3 miliwn o fyfyrwyr wedi cofrestru yn 2021\/22. Mae myfyrwyr benywaidd yn parhau i ddominyddu, sef 57% o&#039;r boblogaeth AU. Mae cyrsiau Busnes a Rheolaeth wedi cadw eu poblogrwydd, gan ddenu 18% o&#039;r holl fyfyrwyr AU. Mae&#039;r duedd hon yn tanlinellu&#039;r galw parhaus am addysg busnes, a welir fel porth i gyfleoedd gyrfa amrywiol.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ystadegau NEET<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cododd canran y bobl ifanc 16-24 oed nad ydynt mewn addysg, cyflogaeth na hyfforddiant (NEET) i 11.6% rhwng mis Ebrill a mis Mehefin 2023. Mae\u2019r dirwedd economaidd \u00f4l-COVID-19 wedi creu heriau i gyflogaeth ac addysg ieuenctid, gan olygu bod angen ymyriadau \u00e2 ffocws i ymgysylltu \u00e2 phobl ifanc a\u2019u cefnogi mewn addysg ystyrlon a llwybrau gyrfa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cymwysterau Oedolion<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ymhlith oedolion 19-64 oed, mae cyrhaeddiad addysgol yn dal yn uchel, gyda 83.1% yn meddu ar o leiaf cymhwyster NQF lefel 2. Yn ogystal, mae 67.0% wedi cyflawni lefel 3 neu uwch, ac mae gan 48.4% gymhwyster lefel 4 neu uwch. Fodd bynnag, pan gaiff ei addasu ar gyfer chwyddiant, mae&#039;r cynnydd hwn yn cyfateb i ostyngiad o 1.3% mewn termau real.
